Your order is processed through our secure check out.
We accept all major debit cards and Paypal.
Please note your payment will be processed under the name of our parent company Superstars. This name will appear on your credit card statements.

How long does shipment take?

We dispatch orders same working day on orders before 3pm. Orders made after 3pm Fridays, will be dispatched Monday. We use DPD Next Working Day Delivery for Mainland UK orders. If you provide your mobile number you will be receive a text with a tracking number and delivery options. DPD will notify you of a 1 hour time slot in which they plan to be at your delivery address. On lower priced items we use Royal Mail to keep your costs low and delivery free! We send your items in a discrete brown box or bag to ensure your privacy. Orders to offshore, Highlands, or rural areas may require an additional postage cost, you will be contacted in this incident. This may delay next day delivery.

If your item has not arrived next day please contact the courier first. You can obtain the tracking information from our online chat team by providing your order number and postcode.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Maestro, Debit Cards, Bank Transfer. Money Orders and e-cheques must be cleared prior to shipping and may delay next day delivery. Shipping address must be the same as the Payment address to decrease fraudulant payments. If you must have a different shipping address please email or call for approval. This may delay next day delivery, and bank transfer payment may be required.

Returns

If you no longer want the item or is not to your liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. You will need to pay return postage and MUST notify us if an item is being returned prior to posting the item back. The item MUST be returned in original packaging and in its original condition. If we receive the item back and it is not in an as new condition then the amount refunded will be affected, We may need to replace parts or post the product back depending on the products condition.

If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 30 days of receipt. You will need to notify us of return prior to posting item back. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. If item is found faulty after 30 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.
